We were so tired that we ate what was cooked and let it go, but it was disappointing to be sure. The lobby is open up to 12. floor and give you a feeling of space. I am very sorry that we were not able to meet your needs, especially after your long journey. I am surprised to see that you did not like our food and beverage offer in the Executive Lounge. Park or city views, high floor, Executive Lounge access, large desk with ergonomic chair . The first thing you notice when entering the lobby is the open, bright and welcoming size. It was also very centrally located to many of the local sites including the opera house, the "Old Town", the river and bridges and the great shopping area.
