My family and I has been waiting for waiter for 15min, when 3 turkish men came and seated next to us - they have been served within a minute. I don't know why but we had to ask for a spoon every time we needed it. The heated pool was perfect the temperature and the spa facilities that are free were great to be included. The steam room was fantastic as was the Turkish bath. Special mention to the cleaning staff who kept the hotel spotless with an attendant at the toilets every night. I would take a mix next time. Our room had a lovely view onto the sea and a balcony . There is a bbq night with live music including a belly dancer we attended too. WiFi - was that bad I just ended up using 4g.
